no towwels, courtains dirty and distructed, cleaning unsufficiant, management of this hotel is far from sufficent

Location - friendly/helpful staff
Parking facilities - carpark always full with cars on grass verges etc CCTV would help since my car was damaged overnight and no one could give an explanation
Overall: Hotel in an ideal location to explore the Black Forest, France and Switzerland. Rooms clean and tidy and the staff friendly and accommodating. Good for a short stay and represented good value for money. (1524711)
