Only 1 small towel per person in room. Curtains were not properly fixed to rail. Linen was lying on the floor just outside our room on arrival and still there on departure. Room was definitely in need of remodelling.
Overall: The web page needs to be updated. It states that there are tea and coffee making facilities, but that is not the case. The morning manager told us there had been no tea/coffee facilities for 20 years!!!!! (97503672)

It will be good, if possible to change\midify booking online (by internet), for example see reservation and modify reservation forms in www.hertz.com.
