Easy access, close yo Gare du Nord
Breakfast area was very cramped and on one occasion croissants and bread rolls were unavailable (even though there were some in the kitchen area)

this was our first visit to Paris. upon check in the hotel advised us that the hotel was booked solid and they moved us to another hotel which was 5-6 blocks away. we didnt speak the language and the other hotel was far from everything compared to the hotel that we originally picked was around everything

Excellent location. Very kind desk staff with great English skills. We also stayed there with you 7/14 but being just back, that old email must have expired.
