Great staff, excellent apartment with all the amenities, fantastic stocked refrigerator with everything you need for a great breakfast/lunch, complete selection of dvds for the kids, quiet, clean well appointed throughout
Overall: Ray and staff were amazing -- see good points above. We were in Edinburgh for the Clan Gathering, and we appreciated the fact that the entire house was set up for our family and Ray stayed at the hotel until past midnight to greet us when our airplane was delayed. (107621323)

excellent serviced apartments which are immaculate, the service superb, high quality food provided in the fridge in the kitchen for breakfast, and replenished when used.
the only comment I would have is that the couch in the living room was uncomfortable though they looked fabulous, and were obviously excellent quality.
Overall: great! Staff go above and beyond in service, extremely friendly and helpful. (107977059)

Very accommodating staff who gave warm welcome and every assistance possible,beautifully maintained property which was a real home from home.
