Everything was ok
credit card surcharge is irritating. I paid cash this time because on previous visit I got charged twice when using a (no surcharge) debit card.

meeting room/ rooms upstairs
I did not like the way you charge the break fast, the room number 3 was very bad with toilet problem in dirty bathroom, however, the room of my soon (room 2) was good and clean and lovely. nevertheless, the location of the hotel will make me to stay there again one more time to see if you have changed. Finally, I did not lik the way you sold my rooms while I was still staying in; and this situation forced to take rooms in Holdays Inn High whycombe. I askedy your staff to add money and let me stay again but they refused. what type of customer service is that?

There was a clump of hair in the room that was not ours and the bathroom could have been slightly cleaner
Overall: It was obviously a conference centre and there were very minimal staff at the weekend. We were initially told that the bar was closed when we got there which was not as advertised but then another couple were told it was open. (108805570)
