Reasonable sized room - clean and well equipped.

On site car parking virtually non existant (but Whitgift Center car park opposite is good and also cheap for an overnight stay).

Very convenient location, lobby area, bar & restaurant facilities good, except for poor choice of cereals etc. at breakfast (see below)

Very poor selection of TV channels. Limited range of cold breakfast items. Serious problem with shower (the head came away as I tried to adjust its angle!).

Overall: Nothing special - but fair value considering general quite high standard and good location  (108518374)

The booking, check in process, facilities andcleanliness were adequate

No packing facility. Not fair to pay £15.00 on top of hotel bill.

Breakfast was OK

Initial room had a broken bed. The Glazing at the hotel didn't filter out any of the traffic noise if you were unlucky enough to be on the front of the building. Carpets frayed - needs some serious money spending on it

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
