Well located. Clean. Efficient staff.

Room was basic for the overinflated price. Food was poor quality and overpriced.

Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff.

Hotel overrun with stags and hens, no warning given of this. Unable to use bar and everywhere very noisy.Drunken men roaming our corridor trying their room cards in all doors ! Not suitable for couples or families and will not return, shame.

Overall: Not a good impression on our first visit to Newcastle.  (107510325)
