Overall: I would have like to have been more aware of car parking facilities in the area and it would have been nice to be given information about local attractions in the rooms rather than just other Novotel hotels worldwide. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and of a good standard. (2188270)

Reception area and bar etc good, indeed impressive. Breakfast area excellent
Reception staff slow to appear when I arrived -Sunday Night - but were then quietly efficient. They later failed to answer a phone call from my room I unerstod there was WiFi in the reception area but there was no one available to give me access numbers. Tell the chef that caesar salad is not made with whole cos lettuce leaves but wth coarse chopped leaves. My portion also lacked anchovies and nuts. This marred an otherwise excellent meal politely served.
Overall: I am pernickity. Overall good value for money and very accessible for my meeting. There were no bad vibes!! (108528243)
