easy check-in, friendly staff, ample car parking facilities,Good location for town centre

Breakfast was ample & plentiful would have preferred to have option of getting eggs done fresh to order as ones available were always hard.

Overall: hotel was sufficient for stay, I was in rooms which were classified as standard , travelled with 1 small dog,rooms were clean & comfortable but would have benefited from modernisation. Unfortunately weather was against us when we stayed in fort william  (108247606)

Shower head needs readjustment. TV handset has too many controls missing, and so cou;d not decrease volume

Hotel close to all local amenities and station

General age of the hotel- lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms; extractor fan in the bathroom; size of lift & position in relation to the majority of the bedrooms; no tv remote control & lack of access to tv stations.

Overall: Stay was pleasant but could have been better if some of the foregoing improved.  (108230932)
