Location of hotel perfect. Staff excellent and food very good.

rooms very small. Could not book a twin room. Queen size bed and double sofa too big for room. Also rooms very stuffy. Could not get any fresh air.

Overall: Overall things very good. We came for shopping and to visit friends, so did not spend a lot of time in hotel.  (107618178)

Large bar and breakfast room area

Lovely bathroom but room otherwise a bit rough around the edges. Our room was a room for three but the third bed was only a pull out sofa and the bedding, although clean, was past it's best.

Overall: The breakfast was good and the bathroom was nice but otherwise it was not good value for money.  (107662973)

excellent location for the shops and for the cruise terminal.good size room and excellent bathroom.excellent breakfast.

would have preferred rectangle pillows instead of the square ones provided.only negative point we could make.

good sized room, breakfast excellent and good service from all staff.

Swimming pool although very nice is on the small size which could be a problem if more than 2 people wanted to swim at a time. Luckily it was empty on the 2 occasions we swam.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
