Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was very small and for 2 people the bed was not what I would call a double.
Breakfast staff slow and it wasn't even that busy.
Overall: It was fine and we were only in the room to sleepa nd get ready as we were attending a wedding in the area. (108152438)

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.
The room had clearly been well used and could perhaps do with some touching up.
Overall: For one night, when we were simply using the room to sleep it was excellent value for money at the rate we got it for. (108108819)

Average mid-range hotel
Had to queue behind guest who had been charged for 3 breakfasts when only staying 2 days. Hotel atempted to charge me £10.00 more than price on my booking form, plus £2.50 credit card charge. Price of 2 Martini and Lemonades £11.80. portions in restaurant minute. Plenty of nearby alternatives where you don't need to carry a calculator with you.
Overall: Stay was spoiled by the hotels policy af atempting to overcharge, (108356258)

Very pleasant welcome, receptionist was polite and helpful and put our ice packs in the freezer over night so we could have a cold picnic the next day. Fantastic location, pleasant views and great value for money.
Room was small and in need of refurbishment along with the rest of the hotel. Boat theme slightly tacky and weird smells down some of the corridors.
Overall: Really nice stay and breakfast was well worth the 7.50 we paid for it. Would definately stay again. Bar staff were friendly and it was a nice place to relax in the evening. (107866623)

Inexpensive, fairly good decor, buffet breakfast, LCD tv in room, free in-room internet access, lovely woodland surroundings.
Double room quite small. One light bulb not working. Noise intrusion from other rooms.
