Excellent service and hospitality, fantastic setting and site, very quiet and a lot of possibilities for excursions and leisure near the hotel and in the surroundings. Our room with balcony and panorama: a dream!
Really there are no bad points, except for the rain....

Hotel people extremely helpful and polite. Location excellent for touring SE and SW areas of UK. We liked the FREE WiFi and high-speed internet access.
Need more space between end of bed and wall. It's simply too narrow.
Overall: A precise map and driving directions from major airports such as Heathrow and Gatwick would be useful. The room key attachment (a 2x 8 piece of wood) is obnoxious and it hardly allowed me to keep secure in my pocket. (97127395)

beautifull room with large bathroom, very comfitable bed and great veiws.
Overall: Loved the room very much. Very attentive and polite staff. Well desighed interiors in our room and through out the rest of the hotel. Would have liked to have seem a few more examples of each class of room on the web site. Best hotel i've stayed in! (97587975)

The room was superb, beautifully furnished with a small but well equipped bathroom (we liked the speaker switch for the tv sound in the bathroom). We appreciated the door with access to the balcony.
Overall: A great experience; we were again impressed by the friendliness of the staff without exception who were all proud to be part of a team and were unfailingly helpful. (97745859)
