Foyer very dark and unwelcoming. On arrival first impressions were not good, luckily when we got upstairs it all changed.
Overall: Brilliant stay in a beautiful city

Location between public transport and main sites was excellent. Plenty of breakfast in line with best expectations of typical continental breakfast
Some misgivings about access to building not being fully secure.
Overall: Very satisfied.

Excellent rooms and facilities
Entrance foreboding when arriving at night. Breakfast room very cramped.
Overall: Good but expensive on reflection compared with other similar hotels stayed in in Italy.

Very clean and comfortable and good value for the money. Efficient service.
I did not have any problems.
Overall: I appreciated the friendly, efficient, professional welcome service at reception on both of the two nights that I stayed. I would come again if I have the pleasure of returning to Trieste in the future.
