The website was very helpful in finding an appropriate hotel for our needs.
The hotel was very good value for money and very clean.
The only down side was that the hotel only gave us one face towel & one bath towel between three of us!!

Staff were not aware that I paid for this hotel on the internet so I have had to pay for my stay twice and now must go through the process of looking for a refund which is not acceptable

Breakfast £9.95 per head and standard not particularly high.
Overall: We wouldn't stay again shame though, as it is perfectly located to friends and family and is resonably priced, but is it reasonably priced because the standard has dropped? This hotel used to be a flag-ship, seems that flag is now flying at half mast....a real, real shame. (107633784)
