The central location of the Hotel was excellent
We did notice that the headboard of the bed was rather dusty for the whole duration of our stay.

Reception area and staff very nice and friendly
Room not at all up to 4 star standard. shower curtain was mouldy, bathroom shelves rusty, damp stains on bathroom walls, one light bulb gone out and one light shade missing, difficulty in flushing toilet, duvet cover had a split one one side. I stayed in room 104. Colleagues also complained of low room stands similar to above.

good decor very contempory good location helpful reception staff. Food was good
restaurant service was far to quick! we were served two courses and were out of the door in 30 minutes. Bar is very noisey and we had to walk through brasserie each time we returned to the bar. we booked an early meal however even though the restaurant was empty we were sat next to the kitchen and had a member or staff sorting cutlery and side plates for a function the next day stood right next to us making private conservation impossible. we as a consequence did not use the restaurant again during our stay we even went out for breakfast both mornings.
Overall: Good hotel very clean however staff training in the restaurant could do with some attention. (107387356)
