very helpful at check in reguarding information
you advertise that your restaurant is open from 5pm but you do not serve food until 6pm this was not clearly mark on your menu,when asked if we could order to our room the lady said this was possible but had to come and collect our own food,from the restaurant which i found quite amazing for a hotel which had cost £90 a night ,that was one part of the stay which i felt had let me down

Nice Hotel in wright in the city of London I think mainly booked by business traveler. Lots of facilities like tv on demand and internet for a very reasonble price. Very clean and staff very friendly.
Asked staff could not answer to all questions and did not make much effort for.
