Postion, close to town but quiet. Pool. Parking.
Hotel in need of refurb especially the decor, rather tired bathrooms. Need power showers and better air-con. Smelly corridors.

Rooms are always comfortable. Inclusion of tea/coffee facilities & ironing board is a plus.
Bathroom was disappointing.
Overall: We enjoyed our stay, but only stayed one night as all of the other hotels in Biarritz were approx half the price as it was off-season. Hotel is in an ideal location for surfing as it's beside a great beach, while being only a short walk from the town centre. Staff were exceptionally helful at breakfast as we arrived just as breakast was coming to an end. All efforts were made to provide a full breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend it.
