Overall: Overall booking and checkin was easy and hassle free, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rebecca in the bar was particularly friendly and customer focused and in my view a real asset in making people feel at home. (108318252)

Staff were friendly. Views from the bar were great. Breakfast was very tasty as was bar food.
Room was very average. Bath was dirty and interior really could do with upgrade
Overall: I would definately recommend it because of location but let people know that hotel rooms need a revamp (107562837)

Pleasant waterside aspect.
Room very small; would not suit for more than one night.
Overall: Staff were very friendly. Standard of fixtures and fittings was excellent. Meals were on the small side and additional provision was required. However, breakfast was excellent, if on the small side. (3305087510)

The surrounding area was beautiful. It has the perfect location for walking and relaxing.
Nothing. We would have enjoyed air conditioning but the weather was unseasonably warm!
Overall: We would recommend this hotel to everyone. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if ever again in Ireland. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept up. My daughter would love to have her wedding here! (3305080425)
