Bed very comfortable. Clean. Central for our purposes.
Overcharged by one set menu meal in restaurant.TV not able to be switched on. After an hour my husband went back to reception there was no record of our request for it to be looked at.Mini bar did not have an adequate sign that dictated any bottles touched in fridge would be charged(computerised)-reception however did not charge probably because the fridge was not switched on.Concierge not in attendance as I left hotel - member of the public opened the door for me. No parking facilities and no mention of where to park on hotel website. Valet parking not offered. Toilet roll cheap and thin. No hairdryer and not mentioned so on website.Not aware beforehand of leisure facilities.
Overall: Mmm - we had been for a day conference in the hotel in the past and had liked the facilities on offer and decided to stay there as a result. Not up to the standard of our experience of a 5* hotel - sorry! (108522207)

the hotel situation was excellent as it was 100yards from the Central Station and a very short walk to shopping areas/ resturants/ bars.
Overall: We all would stay with the Radision again as the overall experience was excellent. (107799849)

The bed was like a trampoline and awful. The air conditoning was very noisy, not good for a new hotel. The NCP car park access was horrible
