Excellent breakfast and nice to read newspapers too (latter unexpected)

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent food very quickly and efficiently prepared. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

The room did have a slight lingering smell of cigarette smoke from a previous occupant. Otherwise everything was fine.

Overall: Very enjoyable mainly due to the very friendly and quite dedicated personnel.  (108537485)

Cooked breakfasts were good and the staff were friendly.

Noisey, hard bed, shared bathroom and seperate shared toilet facilities. TV reception poor and grauny, Decor throughout in need of refurbishing. Shower was very noisey and a hole in the ceiling of the cubicle.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
