dirty, noisy, shower was always cold and weak, windows didn't open, matresses filthy.

value for money breakfast

As it is in a different building than the main hotel is not much convient - Our room was in a very high floor and there was no elevador

staff very helpful ,breakfast service efficient and good value

NO LIFT ...We were in the highest room (9) we counted 102 steps (going up felt like 1009 - and we are fairly fit individuals) coming down definatly better ...we felt that this was not totally evident on booking and feel that for anyone with even a small limit of reduced mobility would of 'struggled' - also wasnt a massive problem as only staying for one night but main reception for booking in/out and eating area in hotel across road

Overall: ideal for what we wanted really for a one night 'event' stay - would actually recommend except would state that wanted to pre book room idael in sandringham(main hotel) or definately a rooms 1-5 only in ML  (108772148)

Fantastic location! We drank far to much & didnt have to stumble far back to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cold showers, taps not working. taps almost falling off. Shower dorr not closing

Overall: We all agreed that it was slightly overpriced as the showering facilities were very poor. But the location was so great that we can understand the price. It was good enough for a groop of very drunk adults but im not sure a couple on holiday would have felt the same  (108507865)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
