Overlooks beautiful countryside. Only 5 mins from the M62. Clean and friendly. Comfortable pillows. Lovely white bedding.
Overall: Love the sherry in the room. A nice touch! I have stayed here before many times and my only complaint was the breakfast not being very warm. However they have partially remedied that by cooking the eggs on demand.A much better idea.The bacon etc was still only luke warm- could you not keep lids on them? Otherwise a very pleasant stay and much better than being in a city centre yet only a 10 minute drive into Huddersfield. (3304206764)

Quiet location amongst lovely scenery
Receptionist was having a private conversation on phone when we were booking out and kept the conversation going for about 1 minute whilst we were waiting to sign off. No acknowledgement of our presence was made.
Overall: Despite the above, we thoroughly enjoyed the short vacation, including the breakfasts. (108209446)

The hotel was further away from where I was going than stated on the website and also up a very steep hill which resulted in us needing a taxi, rather than being able to walk.

Clean and tidy room, nicely decorated
Cleaning staff tended to gather outside my room (3) for their morning laugh and joke which disturbed my working environment (I was displaying the do not disturb sign so maybe they should have noticed this?)
