hotel had no atmosphere and decor was bland. Bar area too small, had trouble getting served as people were hanging around the bar area.Menu in restaurant not great, went into town for food because of this.

Welcome from Night Receptionist exceptional. Very friendly and extremely helpful, even providing an iron and ironing board late at night.
Restaurant Staff extremely friendly and efficient.
Small bar area very pleasant after a long day in Conference.
Water temperature in shower subject to extremes during shower. Freezing to scalding with no warning at all - good for keeping one on one's toes!
Some of the milk cartons had "gone off"
