Very polite and effecient staff.
Decor in room could do with a fresh coat of paint although all areas were very clean.Did have to wait for a while when we returned around midnight in order to get access to the key to our room.
Overall: We would stay again in the future and were very happy with value for money and quality of service. (107411847)

Location was good for us, as it was near Hyde Park where we attended a concert.
Decor and general appearance only fair. The floor had a strange slope to it and wall coverings/toilet area were a bit dingy.
Overall: Served its purpose as a place to sleep and very close to centre of London. (107530262)
