Generally efficient
Was unable to get WiFi service to operate - needed access codes to connect and staff seemed unable to tell me how to make this work in their context

On our route to D-Day beaches.
Difficult to find - we arrived at Beauvais airport late at night. I had requested directions from the hotel, but they suggested I consult online map site.
Overall: Rooms small but adequate, clean. Great breakfast the next morning. (97244774)

Hotel had an established but newish feel. Room was clean Housekeeping service very good. Dinner menu choice and quality was excellent. WiFi access in the room was straightforward and efficient
Breakfast service was barely adequate - items of cutlery had to be requested, there were no plates at the buffet etc. and buffet choice was very limited
Overall: This was an excellent overnight stay at a reasonable price. Rates had increased significantly since reservation was made but the reservation rate was honoured when this was drawn to the attention of the receptionist. Dinner menu was extensive and food was of very good quality and nicely presented (accompanying glass of wine was expensive, however!) As stated above, breakfast service was only just adequate - items of cutlery had to be requested, there were no plates at the buffet etc. and buffet choice was very limited (99257852)

Could Have Had A Bit More Help With The Late Night Arrival
Overall: Had A Very Late Arrival Due To Major Disruption With Ryan Air Flight. Probably A Bit Unfair In Any Blame Going To The Hotal, But The Overnight Stay Would Have Been Perfect, If The Hotel Had Either Had A Courtsey Bus Or Had More Than One Staff Member On At That Late Hour, Who Could Have Collected Us From The Airport ( Only 3 or 4 Kms Away ). We Had To Hire A Rental (Which Cost A Small Fortune ) For The 20K Round Trip Including Numerous Wrong Turns In Finding The Place At 2:00am In The Morning (99462315)
