Not the first time I stay at this hotel and I recommend it to everyone.The staff is excellent and the position in the city of Puerto de la Cruz is very convenient.
Maybe they can add a microwave oven as in holidays,you're sometimes tired of cooking when you're with children!
Overall: The stay was excellent as usual.Staff excellent, position in the city of Puerto de la Cruz very convenient between city-center and playa Jardin.The hotel is very clean and I didn't see not a single coakroch..and it's very appreciated when you know Canary Islands! The appart-hotel is mainly visited by Scandinavian people,then Germans an French people (like us!!) (99296950)

More t.v. channels and a microwave in the room
Overall: Excellent stay.Friendly staff and friendly cleaning girls. I was there with my two children( 9 an 7 y.o.)and they appreciated the roof top pool and the flipper game in the hotel bar.Prices at the bar are more than affordables( e.g. soft drink at 1 euro) Very near the beautiful Playa Jardin and all shops. More Tv channels would me a must(one in French would be so great!) (3304118274)

quartier calme mais proche boutique, plage et parc pour enfants
repas variés et frais ( hormis desserts toujours flan et glaces)
pas de volets ( toujours luminosité)
pas de parking ( mais un terrain parking assez proche)
