Very clean and good facilities wise

Internet limitation Service

Overall: Good except the 1st few days service was poor when i have internet issue. They just assume that is was laptop problem without actually wanting to come and have a look at their self. Causing me to move out to another room aftr i insist them to come n check. It was actually the LAN port in that room that was not working. Wasted my time trying to connect to internet the whole day since i needed it for work purpose  (107492100)

1 - one of the bulb lamps, by the bed, died the day I arrived. I failed to report it to desk the following day. I noticed it had been changed when I came back in the evening. 2 - generous breakfast

1 - the floor of each lift sticks. Clean? 2 - I paid 9.9 pounds even though I used the internet connection, via the WEB TV, for less than one hour. When I asked I was informed that the 1.5 pounds charge / hour applied if I would have used my laptop. I thought it was unfair.

Overall: pretty positive. I'll make sure not to use the Web TV in the future if I ever come back.  (107410648)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
