The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Facilities which I would have expected e.g. trouser press, tea making facilities etc were not present.
The so called 'double room' was in fact barely more than a single sized room with a double bed.It had clean but very well used linen.The wardrobe space was limited and not enough for a couple spending a week in London.
Overall: The hotel is generally speaking 'tired' and needs refurbishment (108647364)

Very Expensive for Food and Drinks
Overall: I liked the hote and the staff were great. I found that the food was very expensive in the hotel as was the Port :-> (99149586)
