The cleanliness,bed quality,and quietness
The accommodation was great,no problems
Overall: This was a fantastic experience,but it would have been nice to know that it was that distictive so as you can bring clothes to suit. Although we were made to feel welcome anyway. It is a great place with a lovely atmosphere and superbly curtious staff that made you feel at ease. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would certainly use this hotel again. (97580757)

Great location and grounds, ultimate luxury for a relaxing stay
Overall: Great location and impectably kept grounds surround the Summer Lodge Hotel. The hotel offers ultimate luxury for a relaxing overnight stay. Great swimming pool and spa facilities which offered complimentary towels, robs and slippers to make you feel even more special. The staff were attentive to your every need and the spoke to you every time they met you in and around the grounds which was really nice. Great hotel and would definitely stay there again. (99349521)

The accommodation was thoughtfully presented with high quality toiletries, subtle lighting, fresh milk, daily ice bucket and homemade shortbread.
The mirrored ceiling and the rather ordinary bed.
Overall: The staff at this hotel very wonderfully attentive, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel very much at home. The logs fires were cosy and the garden lighting at night was atmospheric. The food was exquistely presented and the hotel setting is superb - quiet yet close to many aspects of Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset. (99133754)

The hotel is charming and very beautifully designed,if a little quirky. It must be one of the nicest country house hotels in the UK
There was some noise from the kitchens which was audible through the night. This needs some attention!
Overall: Arriving at the hotel in the middle of a dreadful storm, a page dashed out to bring umbrellas to get us into reception dry! The service continued in this fashion with our every comfort attended to by lovely staff. The food was excellent - dinner wouldn't have been out of place in any major city, and breakfast was comprehensive and beautifully cooked and served. I was staying on business but I would definitely consider coming back for a short break. (99835718)
