Very friendly. The host/staff just couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Excellent!

No bad points.

Overall: Excellent stay. Within walking distance of town centre and some very nice restaurants. The hotel even had menus of some restaurants. The glass of wine/beer on arrival was an excellent idea and sitting in the lounge listening to good music and drinking wine was a good way to unwind after a long journey. The hotel was very near to the channel tunnel. We had to get up early to make our tunnel crossing so missed breakfast but the owner met us at the door on departure with some hot freshly made bacon sandwiches and fruit... what more can I say, fantastic!  (1412614)

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, comfortable beds.

Seagulls outside were pretty loud till late at night and started again early in the morning. But that's not the hotels fault :-)

Free beer, coffee and cake. This combined with loveley bright and clean room made for a great stay.

I would have liked a lie in on Sunday, would have been nice to have a slightly later breakfast
