Wedding taking place in hotel on the night of our stay. Impossible to get to sleep due to the loud music.

I was taking my mother on a trip and we enjoyed the stay at your hotel very much. We especially enjoyed walking the grounds and the brook. We wish we had more time there. My Mom especially like the fire place.

The hotel location and general layout of the facilities
Overall: The hotel is situated just before the village of Castleconnell its seems along way from when you turn off the N7 especially at night. We received a friendly welcome at the reception desk. Our room was not large but ok, everything was clean. The food was excellent and reasonable priced. There are large grounds leading down to the river to explore if the weather is ok We will certainly put this hotel down for a return visit. (3305385263)

at check-in, was very dissapointed because the receptionist couldn't get us away quick enough and was very abrupt when i asked if room service was available. we arrived at 10pm and felt really hungry, as there was no room service, we decided to go to bar to get some snacks such as crisps but there was nothing to eat behind the bar. Also, the television made a buzzing sound whilst it was switched on which was very annoying.
Overall: The room was adequate and we did enjoy the stay but I did not feel very welcome or special when staying in the hotel, I felt most of the staff were quite unapproachable except from jo anne who recommended restuarants to eat outside the hotel. overall, we did enjoy having a break but unfortunately was quite dissapointed with the hotel. Overall: The leisure centre is not an integral part of the hotel, it is separate and taking towels is cumbersome. The grounds are well kept and picturesque. Arriving at the same time as a wedding party made checking in quite difficult and confusing. (3304986201)
