Very pleased with everything

No bad points at all - restaurant prices were quite high but this is to be expected for London.

Overall: Would certainly stay again as it is very convenient to airport and central London. The 20% discount was excellent.  (108491659)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
