Friendly Staff. Cleanliness. Location of Hotel in Rouen
Advice about parking not clear. Had to park in public car park nearby, but this was not serious as it was secure. Hotel did offer discounted ticket which was a plus(€5 overnight).
Overall: Generally very satisfactory. Would use this Hotel again. (108945229)

easy to find, staff friendly, location very central.
room a bit antiquated, and bill presented for 2 nights stay not 1, although this was quickly changed.
Overall: an adequate stopover point for us on our way to our final destination (97532756)

Location very good - 5 min walk from the clock and the historic, scenic part of town. Parking available although in a VERY narrow garage with a steep hill.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful and room very clean with a nice bathroom.
In a very dull, side street which got no sun even though weather was lovely. Street was a bit drab, although a short walk away was really pretty. Easy to find this hotel too off main road.
Overall: Very nice, basic hotel with friendly staff in excellent location for historic area and shops. (97129220)

Very central for visit to Rouen. On site secure parking(payable). Hotel clean and pleasant but room decor tired.
Macerator toilet in twin room smelled unpleasant when flushed.
