Overall: Generally all was as expected and run very profesionally.The manager was great and very informative about things to do on the island he's a gem.The food was first class,walk to city centre about 15-20 minutes at a steady stroll. (1381162)

Excellent Receptionist - wish we had taken her name. She was a delight and an absolute asset to your company. No doubt you can find out who was on duty when we checked in and out. Breakfast was good.
A bit outdated in decor. We are in our mid 40-s and we found the majority of people staying were elderly. There is a lack of soundproofing between rooms. Basically we could hear everything our neighbours were saying/doing, and no doubt vice versa!
Overall: Adequate. Would not choose to stay again unless it was refurbed and updated to attract a younger client base. (97947577)
Friendliness of staff, particularly on the Reception Area.
Breakfast was good, although I am a fresh fruit fan at breakfast and there wasn't any provided.
The taps in the bathroom in one of our rooms were very difficult to turn completely off.
