The woman on reception was very good and assisted us in checking in and pointing out some very good places to eat and see. 10/10
The room was small (12b) and could have done with a lick of paint but if you saw beyond that it was ok. Our room was very warm at night with no a/c which meant we had to open the window, as we were at the front of the hotel this meant the room was noisey.
The booking process was ok but follow on customer care was poor, and consequently I would not use your online booking service again.
Overall: The room was what we expected the woman made our stay in the town very good. could have done with some a/c though or some cooling system. (108856615)
