The woman on reception was very good and assisted us in checking in and pointing out some very good places to eat and see. 10/10
The room was small (12b) and could have done with a lick of paint but if you saw beyond that it was ok. Our room was very warm at night with no a/c which meant we had to open the window, as we were at the front of the hotel this meant the room was noisey.
The booking process was ok but follow on customer care was poor, and consequently I would not use your online booking service again.
Overall: The room was what we expected the woman made our stay in the town very good. could have done with some a/c though or some cooling system. (108856615)

Hotel in good location.adjoining rooms for the children with a central door.Rooms nice & clean.
Overall: Lovely hotel good location,really freindly,helpfull staff.Only stayed the one night would liked to have stayed longer. (107738142)

Reception staff excellent, really helpful and know the area well.
bathroom a bit tired - needs updating
Overall: I would stay here again because it is right in the centre, has some parking, and the reception staff were excellent. Hope they update the bathrooms though. (107709461)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
