Overall: very noise. room small and very tatty. corridors had walpaper hanging off walls. very dity as a whole. person in room next door was smaking and the whole floor, including room stunk. thought i was going to catch something the place was so filthy. (108285780)

Very little room for 4 persons (2 beds only in ~15sqm and no chairs)
Very little shower-stall
Not enough hanging warderobe (for 4 persons) and, therefore, not enough place to dress from suitcase

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Excellent location for London transport. The self-service breakfast and the coffee on both days was well cooked and tasty, plenty of it, and was very enjoyable, with great service.
The lift is extremely slow, and because of the hotels' location it can be a little noisy at night, although not enough to prevent sleep. Anyone over 6ft will find the beds a little short.
Overall: I would stay here again when next in London, as the location next to Kings Cross made travel very easy, and the excellent breakfast prepares you for the day. (108482689)

the staff was very friendly and helpful
I know London is expensive, but to pay £100/night for a room where the front window was barely in one piece, the bathroom had mold, and the smell of cigarettes(non-smoking facility?)wafted through the room all night, was almost too much to bear.
Overall: Wouldn't stay there again. (108152508)
