The view from the balcony was beautiful.
We understood that the hotel would be closed, the self catering section had opened the day before but the reception was not at all geared up for visitors, we arrived mid day on the Wednesday, the reception closed at 1pm & did not reopen until the Friday. We were therefore unable to get any information.It would have been helpful to have some information in the room such as what you do if the gas bottle runs out, local places that were open etc. There was no means of heating in the room & only one full size blanket so we ended up buying blankets. It would have been better if there were some kind of heating available.
Overall: We knew that the accommodation would be basic but had anticipated that it would be clean & warm & reception open to enable us to ask for more blankets etc. We did hire bedding but this was very expensive. Having said all this we would probably go back but just take our own bedding & more cooking equipment as the view was great, it was very peaceful & was very cheap! (3304151730)

The position of the apartment - with breathtaking views from the large verandah. Very spacious
rather basic and no bed linen was supplied - it could be hired but there was not enough information given at the time of arrival.
Overall: We were expecting very basic accomodation, and though it certainly was, it was also spacious and clean. Bed linen is not supplied but they will hire it out. The verandah overlooked the most gorgeous view and we could eat outside and watch the beautiful sunset. Very relaxing. All the staff at the restaurant were friendly and we had no regrets about our four nights there. The beach is truly beautiful- soft white sand, which shelves very gently into the sea. We went in September but think it could be rather hot in the rooms during mid-summer because there is no air conditioning.Overall- basic but in an excellent location for touring and brilliant for just relaxing.
