The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, everything requested when booking was in place when we arrived.
A lot of noise from the Amber Bar which has regular bands playing, also the corridors and lifts in some areas where very small and difficult to navigate with a pushchair.
Overall: The hotel is roughly what you expect of a 3 star hotel, however the staff where some of the most helpful and friendly I have experienced.

Overall the Hotel was great, staff were friendly and were only too happy to assist with anything.
Food wasn't the best.
Overall: Good

Beautiful view over Douglas bay
very narrow corridors on every floor and narrow steps, I thought about that if it would be a firealarm uhhh
we had a room for 4 pers. and it was lack of towelhooks
The price ofcourse was very high this week, but I understand that´s because of the TT-race,
Overall: Very Pleasant We don´t need any Luxury when we are out travelling only clean and shower and a good bed

Plenty of Tea/Coffee in room. Lots of hot water for shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, wide selection. Very reasonable price very central in Douglas.
Parking isn't good, the room was a small double, the bed a 3/4, but the price was very good.
Overall: Fine but parking a pain if you don't need parking facilities it would tick many boxes.
