the toliet door would not lock the staff said it would take 2 hours for maintance to come out by this time we would of left for the christning party also i had 3 kids with me and they walkin about on the floor as kids do and we had guests down below us bangin on celing above them frightin my 5 year old to death and had the cheek to complian about us. we never stayed the night we left went to the party and i drove home 70 miles late at night and could not have a drink as planned it spoilt my evening

Very comfortable bed

When I booked on line the cost of the room was taken from my credit card - no problem with that. However, when I went into the restauarant I was advised that as my room had been prepaid they could not take my meal order without swiping my credit card as surity. As I did not have my card on me at the time I ended up paying cash. Whilst this was not a problem to me on the night it could have been. The hotel needs to have a greater awareness of business travellers needs ie one bill settled upon departure.

Overall: Average standard of accomodation with room rates slightly higher than average.  (108960910)

BREAKFAST AND BREAKFAST STAFF WAS VERY GOOD, HOTEL HAD ROOF.

APPAULING SHIT STAIN ON MY BED SHEETS. MADE ME FEEL ILL, ARRIVED AT 9.30 PM, RECEPTION LOCKED FORCED TO GO TO THE BAR AND PLEAD FOR ADMISSION.
