This is a very well-run family hotel in the middle of Killarney. The staff are all obviously of long-standing and know there jobs thoroughly. Our very spacious room was quiet, air-conditioned, clean and well decorated, with a large and amply appointed bathroom. Very comfortable bed.
Could have done with a little more storage space (e.g. chest of drawers) and the view was of a car park, but these are nitpicking complaints of a town centre hotel.
Overall: We liked this hotel. We received a warm welcome, our luggage was taken up to our room immediately and without any fuss, and the receptionist provided all the information (and no more) that we required when we checked in. The food, both at breakfast and the one evening meal we took there, was excellent. Staff were very helpful and informative. (97140954)
