excellent evening meal and breakfast. clean room that was quite spacious. friendly staff.

not what you would term a luxury hotel in regards the fixtures and fittings both in the room and restaurant

Service staff excellent. Breakfast good. access to hotel and bedroom good. Parking, plenty room.

Bed side light inoperative [one out of two lights. Rubber mat in bathroom mouldy

Excellent room, quiet, pleasant staff

3 pm check in - would have been major problem but for staff waiving this after we explained we had to change for 3 pm wedding and would not be back until after midnight NB we had to check out by 11am

Overall: Would stay again - however your 3 pm check in time makes attending afternoon functions difficult  (108218756)

Staff excellent, friendly and attentive without being familiar. Nothing too much trouble. Room clean and fresh with wonderfully comfortable bed. Food good also, in lively restaurant used by locals too. Well situated for our visit, within easy walking distance of Tetbury centre but quietly located. Good parking.

The bathroom was small and adequate rather than luxurious. Don't know how a more generously built person would cope.

Overall: We enjoyed our stay in this relaxed, informal but very well run hotel. It was also excellent value for money.  (107845738)
