The staff was very helpful when we arrived early in the morning (before 6:30 a.m.) on our check-in date. They were also accommodating when we had to stay and extra night and add one person.
Overall: The location is excellent for those travelling by train, as it is right across from the train station. There is also good signage for the train station throughout the city, so it's easy to find the way back to the hotel. (99582480)

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall: Very close to the train station (30 meters) and a variety of restaurants within a few steps, including right at the hotel. Right across the street from the hotel is a restaurant with amazing traditional French cuisine with exceptional value for a 3 course meal. There were also a couple internet cafes within a 20 minute walk and a laundry mat just up the street. Located in a good central town to plan a trip of the local vineyards of the Lorie Valley from! Town centre location. Easy to find. Excellent breakfasdt arrangements and restaurant.
Small, old fashioned, bathroom smelly and badly lit.
Overall: Generally pleasant hotel in old building which limits what can be done. The refurbishments of the breakfast area and resaurant look very good. The remote car parking arrangements are inadequate. My vehicle was unable to complete the tight uphill turn up to the first floor without backing up and restarting. (3304271470)
