Overall: We had a very nice stay at Blue Bells hotel. At first we were given a room om the bottom floor that was incredible disturbed by the subway below the gorund. At first I and my son thougt there was an earthquake. We couldn´t sleep after the first trains had startet to go at around four or five in the morning. When asking the staff for help with this problem the following morning we immedeately got another much calmer room. The staff was very helpful. I don´t recommend the hotel to use that room down on the bottom floor unless a crisis, and in that case to a lower rate. The brekfast was very basic and I would have appriciated some, rye-bread, cheese and sliced vegetables. But I don´t know what standard one could expect in London. We wouldn´t hesitate to stay at Blue Bells hotel another time.  (1625300)

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting relatives in Notting Hill.

You could hear and feel the underground every few minutes (we had a ground floor room). Some of the towels were threadbare and some days they were not resupplied. The lights in the room were dim.

Overall: It was more or less what we expected from other reviews. It was adequate for our purposes.  (107400257)

no clean towels provided after first set was given. new curtains needed. bed made carelessly.

Cheep and cheerful

The continental breakfast is basically tea / coffee, cereal, toast (margerine, no butter) marmalade or stawberry jam).

Overall: OK but the breakfast was dissapointing  (108144680)

Facilities were brilliant...extremely clean bathroom and linen, great large room, with kettle,table,en- suite,television and fridge. The staff were amazingly helpful, even helping me with directions to my meeting in the morning! very good value for money and 10 minutes walk from Nottinghill gate tube station!
