River views, staff, general ambience and decor, food.
Overall: The hotel is beautifully situated on the banks of the River Wyre with picturesque views from the front bedrooms and dining room.
Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Food in the bar/restaurant was delicious and there was plenty of choice at breakfast.
The premises appeared to be newly decorated and were clean and tidy.

Staff were great, the views were fantastic, the room was very nice. Bed was comfy, and breakfast very good. Hotel had a modern feel to it - wood floors and all that.
Overall: Would recommend the hotel.

Excellent food. The room was very good with a great view. Staff were very friendly.
Noisy positon of the room. There was a staff stair entrance and this was used al the time by staff, both in the day and during the early hours of the morning and the slamming of the door woke me often both night we stayed.
Overall: Overall we were happy with the stay. We would only stay here again if we were not given the same room.
