Staff exceptional. Got nice smile from young girl on checkout whilst waiting to be checked in. Had a very friendly and efficient ckeck-in from another young lady. Very pleasant and most obliging restaurant manager, a lady of mature years.

Overall: Every thing good. A most enjoyable experience. It had been our intention to dine out, but decided to dine in because staff so pleasant.  (108834611)

room like sleeping in engine room of ship as was located directly beneath air conditioning unit and hotel could not change room on first night pillows as hard as iron breakfast buffet items not replenished unless asked for tables not set with sufficient crockery or cutlery service slow and not forthcoming toilet seat broken in second room
