The Hotel was close to the Juno Beach Centre which is what we came to visit primarily. Our room was small but ok. Dinner one night was really nice!

This was our first experience with the French breakfast and thought it was really overpriced for coffee and croissants! We learned the fare is normal for France, but still thought the price was high. A bit of a problem was an early check out of the hotel (8:30 a.m.) with no one to leave the keys with. We hadn't made arrangements for this and worried about leaving a door open as no staff was available at that time of the morning.

Overall: Adequate. Closeness to Juno Beach is a major plus!  (108558537)

clean and spacious rooms. ideal for close proximity to Disney

no choice of eating and drinking places within walking distance. You are tied to the hotel unless you take your car.

Overall: Lovely hotel, just too far from civilisation for a holiday hotel.  (107999316)

Location

Overall: This was our first stay here and it was a lovely experience for us,the children loved the garden area.Location for Disneyland was great, the only fault I would say is the cost of the mini bus the hotel charges for going to Disneyland, but this is only a minor fault.Staff very helpful and pleasent, rooms clean and comfortable and plenty to eat at breakfast, not a lot of choice but plenty to eat.  (107997108)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
