+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und soweit dies möglich war, sehr hilfsbereit.
+ Das Hotel lag wirklich recht strandnah.
+ Es gab für Fremde nicht zugängliche Parkplätze!!!
+ Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, jedoch für die Nacht eher etwas zu kalt, vor allem für Kinder ;o)
- Keiner sprach deutsch :(
- Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht spartanisch und nichts für deutsche Mägen^^
- Der Internetzugang funktionierte nur an einem von 4 Tagen :(
- Der Straßenlärm war vor allem nachts recht heftig.
- technisch könnte man mehr Sorgfalt walten lassen; 1 Licht funktionierte nicht, der Brausekopf war eine Katastrophe, Der Fernseher durch einen installationsfehler nicht Funktionsfähig. Eine Reklamation war mir jedoch mangelnder Sprachkenntnisse nicht möglich.
- zu jeder Mahlzeit hatten wir einen anderen, meist zu kleinen Tisch :(
- Laut Reservierung hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Hotel über einen eigenen Strand verfügt, jedoch stimmt das nicht, es gibt wohl nur ein Abkommen mit einem Strandvermieter, dass man dort bevorzugt einen Platz bekommt, jedoch ist dieser für 5 Tage für 2 Liegen und einem Sonnenschirm für 65,00 € recht teuer und man wird ständig von illegalen Händlern teils recht aufdringlich belästigt und sogar wüst beschimpft!!!
Overall: Alles in allem überlegen wir uns schon wieder ins Anversa zu kommen, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat insgesamt gepasst. Das betrifft nun nicht das Hotel sondern den Ort allgemein: Vorsicht, man wird ohne Italienischkenntnisse an jeder Ecke über den Tisch gezogen. Das Essen ist in den preiswerten Locations sehr grenzwertig bis schlecht. Aber es gibt am Rande der Stadt ein grosses Einkaufszentrum mit einem McDonnalds XD. (108396913)
