All staff were very helpful, the location of the hotel including the views were excellent.
The hotel is in need of a little TLC but it is only superficial, therefore it does not distract from being a v good place to stay.

Very limited car parking spaces on narrow road in front of the hotel, otherwise parking available in public car park about 1/4 mile away.
Ventnor as a resort, is all about steep hills - not suitable if you have walking difficulties

Fabulous position with wonderful panoramic view of Ventnor Bay and the sea. Excellent chef who consistently delivered 5 Star English breakfasts. Great team all the way from reception to cleaners looking after us.
Television only had 4 main terrestrial channels with poor picture quality. Radio did not work at all. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Forget the wi-fi claim - the signal is too weak to be of any use.
Overall: One of the best in-house teams around. Always attentive and professional. A near perfect experience just let down by a few niggles which could be easily fixed. (97496861)
