The room was air conditioned. The bathroom facilities were great. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. At the site there are 2 peacocks and a peahen, several cockrels and chickens, a horse, 2 puppies and an alsation - which all created a wonderful ambience.
It was quite isolated - need to hire a car to get into Olbia town centre and to go to the beaches.
Overall: This was an extremely relaxing holiday firstly because of the staff and secondly because of the location. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling and helpful. The pool was cool and inviting and never ever crowded. There are no pavements to walk on but there is a superhighway nearby if you've hired a car. There are plenty of hills and countryside to explore for the keen walker. (3304731745)

Overall: The location of this hotel is fantastic, only 15 minutes from the airport. The food was fine, and the rooms were very nice. The people were great and very helpful, although it does help if you speka a bit of Italian. There are some lovely animals, three dogs, a horse, chickens, ducks and peacocks. The pool is great and I would thoroughly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in authentic Sardinian surroundings. (3304145491)

Small, good, basic clean accomodation and friendly staff (only one English speaker) which was never really a problem. Wonderful location.
Check in was vague at best. We had to ring for an attendant, who spoke no English, did not check any confirmation paperwork, just gave us a key and showed us to the room.
Overall: Because it was really out of season a lot of the amenities listed were not available. The restaurant opened for breakfast only, evening meals not available until May. It was very clean, basic and very informal and the staff were very friendly. Absolutely wonderful for a peaceful relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings well off the beaten track. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We will almost certainly be returning, but if you are looking for luxury this hotel is probably not for you. (3304327782)
