Stain on main carpet to rooms stiil there after a year... just looks bad.
Stain on carpet next to vending machine on lower floor... dirty.
Very dirty vents that need cleaning badly in Breakfast / Dining room. NOTE... There isn't much else to do when you are eating breakfast except to look at the decor. :-)
